very central location. you can easily walk anywhere in downtown asheville. free parking on site or next door if lot full (which it was at some point). room was comfortable and a good size. good A/C.

It was an overall wonderful experience, starting from service to amicability . I met Anna (Benedict) who really loved my art and also helped me keep my luggage in the storage room and head for a gig nearby

The room, the VIEW FROM THE ROOM, the bed, the staff, & the location were awesome. When you arrive, it seems like it’s run down, it the above things are great! Contrary to what you will find online, there is a bar open until 2, a.m. on Monday night that is less than a block away.

Such a great find to stay right by the centre! For the price and location (and free parking) this place is a great deal! I came in with low expectations for the room, but it was actually great: clean, well equipped with everything you need, and a comfy bed. It's just a block away from breweries and restaurants.

The location is very good, a short walk to the city centre and local restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and layout and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The Location And That was the cheapest hotel in Asheville to book last minute a day before, $95 dollars for a Friday night in April. Breakfast included coffee, oats and milk or cereal, bagels, English muffin and fruits
